Hi,
I am scanning a document and creating a Jpeg 2000 document. When I process the document in anothe rapplication I see the red tint to the document. ON opening this up in different viewers I either get a pure image or I see the image diplayed on the right of the attached file.
I have tried several viwers and at the moment it stands at 50% showing the uncorrupted image while the other 50% shows the corrupted image.
What standard should I be looking at.
Kindest Regards
David

Ok. File to obig at 5mb to add as an attachment.
Let me know if you have this OK.
I think it may be down to compression but want to make sure.

Pierre,
Of course.

I think this may be down to compression or something as I am trying to feed this into LIMB processing and I see the same results when using XNView. When I use IrfanView then I see no corruption.
Kindest Regards

Pierre,
Many thanks if this is fixed can you let me know what has been changed as I will need to go back to either one of my software vendors so that they can also enable the same fix.

Re: Jpeg 2000 images and viewers
Pierre,
Could this be down to the ColourSpace as I saw that the output I have from my document scanner is sYCC and the output from another source is SRGB. I did change the ColorSpace in Photoshop and the image was displayed correctly in XnView.
Do some viewers assume that the ColorSpace is SRGB while yours correctly read the type?
Kindest Regards
