Hi,
3 years and there is no solution?! Tried several other software (VNC, Faststone Image Viewer, TC, ...): everytime videos are showed correctly. Only Xnview is showing all(!) videos wrong (took videos with several devices). So, I was thinking in buying Xnview - but ... this way it is useless. Why it does work without all other software?

Is there a solution for this known issue in the QTAV library in sight?

Currently the only way is to use windows Direct2D decoder

O.k., so in XnView Classic this is possible but XnView MP uses QTAV and therefore it's not possible - right? In this topic it's all about XnView MP (and not XnView Classic) right?

XnView Mp can use Direct2D driver by using

Code: Select all

useInternalVideoPlayer=false

It doesn't work here with XnView MP as already reported. Most phone (Google Pixel phones) videos simply don't play, all I get is a blank screen. Those that do play are not rotated. Other videos where I've used software to rotate these videos do play.
