Black frame instead of a video playback

Hi! I use XnView Classic 2.49.1 (with default components) on Windows 7 64-bit. XnView is not able to play any video file. I hear the sound, but see no video with AVI+H264+MP3 files. Just a black frame. XnView doesn't play MP4+H264+AAC video files at all. It displays just a gray frame w/o any video or audio. Any ideas?

do you have codec pack like 'Klite codec pack'?
