How associate only non-animated webp files with XnView Classic?

Hello,
XnView Classic for unknown reason not support animated webp files. But I also use webp for static images where it works. My question is, how can I associate static webp files with XnView Classic and animated webp files with Chrome? This problem seems have no solution.

It is possible add support for animated webp files to XnView Classic?

Note: I dont want to use XnView MP, I know there it works.
