Drag&drop to Outlook 2016 not working

Hi, when I try drag&drop a picture (thumbnail) to a new email in Outlook 2016 nothing happens.
It works with older Outlooks. Copy&paste works too.
When there is an attachement in the e-mail, then it works too.
Everything updated.

No, ESC key doesn't help.
I use many another programs, I even installed ifranview, each of them work correctly. The only program which has problem with drag&drop is XnView!
Now I installed XnView on another computer with Office 2016, same problem.
