XnView is blocked

Post by Nick »

Xnview stands still when i click the right mouse Button hold it and then click the left (still holding the right button) button on the toolbar (1.80 RC4 and versions before). That happens when you click by mistake the right button before the left in the toolbar.

Yes, only on toolbar. Try to click both mouse buttons at the same time on the toolbar (browser or viewer, no matter). I'm running Xnview on XP SP2.

XnView Tweak UI - Tool to customize your XnView beyond the regular XnView options.
UI-less Settings - Documentation of all the hidden settings in XnView.
XFAM - Tool to create and customize XnView file associations.

It's a problem that is not specific to XnView 1.80, it occurs with 1.74 for example, too. Pressing left mouse and then right mouse seems to be a special thing: It must be some kind of special mode of the toolbar for moving it or similar. For example, the software "WinMerge" has exactly the same problem.

Note:
When you click onto another window and then switch back to XnView window, XnView will work, again.

@ckv: Nice skin. Where is it from?

Confirmed on Xp

To unfreeze, minimize XnView or focus on an other application, then get back to XnView and click the depressed button.
