Perhaps I have some problems with codecs. I use Kazaa-Lite Mega Codec Pack.

Yes, I had just problems with any "All in one" codec packets.

Install just what you need.

If you want just watch, try ffdshow - DivX, Xvid, subtitles and many other features (e.g. logo away filter).

You are right, this codec packs are always broken. I've been using ffdshow for a long time and now it's again on my computer. I like its postprocessing feature very much.

All codec packs are garbage, just install the following...

Any of the Radlight codecs
DivX Play 6.0.3 codecs from DivX Networks
QuickTime 7.0.3 from Apple
QuickTime Alternative and/or Real Alternative from whoever
VP 7.0 decoder from On2 technologies
Windows Media Format 7,8,9,10 codecs from Microsoft
Windows Media Format 9 VCM from Microsoft
XviD 1.1 beta 2 from Koepi

All of the above is freeware.

There is also QuickTime Alternative, if you don't need full QuickTime player.
