File date attribute read wrong

Post by pic_viewer »

I can't believe I missed that bug so many years - but it seems so. It looks like XnView cannot handle summer/wintertime on NTFS correctly. I just modified the 'changed' date of a mov video in TotalCommander to 21:30, when I noticed (due to wrong sort order between the photos) that XnView shows that file as having a changed date of 22:30. After further checking (all my photos have identical exif and changed date time) they all have a 1 hour difference between changed date and EXIF data. The time from TC is of course in line with Windows own Explorer, so the finger points to XnView...
