2.37: Mouse wheel zooms instead of navigating

There is a problem with a mouse wheel function.
After the option was set to "Next/Previous Image" state, the application still zoom in and zoom out images... Even if I restart the application, check the Options (and they are those I've set already), my mouse wheel still only change zoom.

There was no such problem in v. 2.36.

In XnView 2.37 there is a bug, this is why this doesn't work.
