2.43 - Crash when changing canvas size with "^^" characters

1. start XnView 2.43
2. load a picture
3. open "canvas size" dialog
4. add "^^" characters in front of the "widh" value
5. click "OK" button

Result: XnView crashes (see attached screencast).

Expected: XnView doesn't crash. "Width" input field shouldn't accept "^^" characters at all.

FWIW 2.40 also crashes, but admittedly I'd never try ^^ in a width field obviously expecting some number.

This happened to me very often by mistake:

1. inserting text into an image (there I was using ^^ to highlight stuff in the picture)
2. change canvas size afterwards (and obviously entering ^^ by mistake there)


or vice versa.

I never understood why XnView crashes. Now I know why.

if you enter ^^ before the number, 0 will be used because field can't be converted in number. But i have no crash here
