XnView 2.44 uses different rounding approaches to calculate target image dimensions on resize

Post by dma_k »

Dear XnView team/community,

I perform resize (maintaining aspect ratio) of initial image with dimensions 2480×3500 in two ways:
  • Image → Resize: When I enter the target width 1020, it suggests target height 1440 (IMHO correct as rounded from 1439.51).
  • Tools → Batch processing → Transformations → Resize: When I enter the target width 1020, the target image height is 1439.
I believe both methods should produce same (consistent) result.
