The program still does not support the VTF format version 7.5, only 7.1 - 7.4.
When trying to use the VTFLib.dll plugin (from VTFEdit), all support for the VTF format is completely broken.

i can view your sample file with lastest version of XnView MP
Namely, the MP version sees 7.5, but Classic does not! But only Classic can work as a plugin for Total Commander.
could you try the vtflib plugin from MP version?

From the MP version the same thing. VTF support breaks completely. Apparently you are using some modified VTFLib.dll or support is written to interact only with the outdated one.

which dll do you use, i've tried from here and it works
It looks like I figured out what the problem is. I have been using VTFEdit x64 for a long time (and XnViewMP), and your program, i.e. XnView Classic is still 32 bit and of course it did not work with the 64 bit version ... It really does work with 32 bit dll. I advise you to update in the next builds.
