Error Renaming File

I remember seeing answer to this question before but can't find the post.

When rename the file with F2 and entering new file name I get "error renaming file" and nothing else.

The suggestion was changing codec decoder to 'merit' somewhere in klite codec tweak tool, but that's all I remember.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix the above message.
