A: Browser tooltip too sticky

Based on an earlier thread: Browser's tooltip interferes quite often while I use XnView.
It can stay on top while I show/activate the Windows XP Bar (in autohide) or even when I switch to another application... :( ..it's quite annoying.

I've had this problem too!
AMD Ryzen 3 3300X 3.8Ghz, 16Gb DDR4, RX6600XT with Dell U2520D at 2560x1440@60Hz scaling 125%
Win11 x64 24H2, Hard Disk Sentinel Pro, MS PowerToys, Process Lasso Pro and Wintoys

It seems to be solved in Beta 1... hourra! :P
(I never found the exact way to reproduce this, but I just tried very hard during 5mn and couldn't get that terrible bug again... :mrgreen: )
