Shrinking the embedded thumbnail.

This a little curious (perhaps no problem!):

Browser... Menu... Edit>Metadata>
1. EXIF thumbnail -90 right
2. Recreate EXIF thumbnail
Embedded thumbnail shrinks in size.

Not a bug, true for some files
