1.82 : Any French DLL in sight ?

- Have you any French DLL available for 1.82, even as a prototype ?
- You said that this'll come with the RCs…
- I'ld wish to check it, in order to notice all fixable issues like control-lenghts, wording, spelling { :P } etc.
