:bug: Xnview crashes when you try to rotate an image which is read-only, e.g. on CD.
An error message like "the files you are trying to save are write-protected" or something like that would be much more nicer ;)

The best option would be if the rotation simply worked, of course.

Since the data can not be written to the protected files maybe an option to write the altered data to the temp directory would be an idea?
That way the rotation could be used to browse through files on CD without rotating the own head.
The information would be lost when closing XnView but IMO that's better than twisting the bones.
