b2: Separator for De-Skew

It's good to have De-Skew in "Image > Rotate >" menu in Beta2, since it is very much related to rotation.
But there should be a separator since De-Skew is a special type of rotation and does not 100% belong to the other menu items.

Confirmed fixed in Beta 3.
