Add a color dropper to the Draw tool

I sent this in an email, but it is probably more appropriate here.

A color dropper might be useful, for say drawing a rectangle the same color as an existing area.

The draw feature is really useful. I think the ability to draw straight lines at 90 (or 45 degree) angles by holding down SHIFT might also be nice.

XnView MP is beautifully-written software, so thanks again!
