In Xnview MP I disable some things in the 'file lists' option and restart the program and still XnView MP is recognizing such files extensions like exe, pdn, m4a I don't know what to do, I'm losing my head http://i44.tinypic.com/oksw1s.pnghttp://i41.tinypic.com/rwq4jp.png
In XnView win, there is a button in Tools>Options>Integration that simply auto-selects common formats to associate and like that I would like to see the same in 'File Lists' for when I view images in the 'Viewer' window. So a setting like 'Common Images formats strictly'
...I only use XnView to view image formats and not other formats (yet)
Hello,
And by selecting View\Filter by \ Images
or
by selecting View\Filter by \ Custom, and by configuring for example in Options\File List :
...
Video: = not Visible - open in = none
All Others files: = not Visible - open in = (none or Associated Progam)
...
That does not work ?
If not, it's probably a MP0.26-1 windows bug ? (FI: I use the MP Linux 0.26 version)
So clear and comprehensive and would simply auto-select/deselect everything in the File List and make sure that XnView only recognizes image files when viewing next/prev file in the viewer
Perhaps another, separate filter 'File list' can be made for the Viewer modeSettings>View. A more simplified easier one than the Browser's file list editor in settings. I think.
It's not nice doing a 'next/prev file' in Viewer mode, in a folder full of mixed content of files only for the Viewer to try to display my non-picture content. Like some other people, I don't use XnView's viewer for .exe or .pdf files so a method to control this would be good.
