I have the "Create thumbnail for whole folder" option turned off, and the already cached thumbnails are displayed only after I stop scrolling, which is strange and looks ugly. Scrolling upwards (where the thumbnails are already showed) works as it should.
It would also be useful that caching images are created with one or two "screens" in advance, so, there will never be a high cpu usage creating thumbnails for the whole folder, but they are displayed as if it really were so.

Re: Improve "Lazy Loading" of thumbnails
Well, excuuuuse me...
I have just tested turning off the feature, and now it works well.
I had disabled this feature in a previous beta version, because creating the thumbnails for the whole folder was an intensive process and slowed the program (it may have been a configuration error, I was playing with the thumbnail quality
). Creating thumbnails on the fly solved my problem that time.
Still, it looks strange that with the lazy loading on, every time I open XNview it creates again all the thumbnails (or it seems like).
Anyway, seems that now creating thumbnails for the whole folder is faster and doesn't slows down the program. ñ_ñ
