Classic XnView had one of the most useful features of all so-called "image viewers" - "Strip of images", which allowed you to quickly and with visual feedback tile/collage multiple images vertically and horizontally. It was great because nobody wants to suffer through command-line ImageMagick nonsense. I literally could make collages in less then 10 seconds and instantly see result.
It is literally the only reason I'm still on classic despite it being completely broken with alpha channels.

In XnView MP the function to join several images into one larger image is named differently. Please try "Create > Join images.." in browser mode.

Yes, I'm asking to return it back to main windows. I dont use browser mode ever and honestly, it took quite an effort to make it less naggy and annoying and less presenting/existing in MP.

Ah, o.k., so you were aware that the "Create > Strip of images" functionality is available in XnView, Kein. I work with XnView browser, only, and from my point of view it makes sense to offer functions that affect or use several images only in browser because here you can select multiple files. But then I'm well aware that there are quite a number of people around who don't use the XnView browser at all or very rarely. XnView Classic offered many functions in "Tools >" so it's a good idea to add "Join images.." and other functions in XnView MP.

The thing is, a lot of times, if not MOST of the times, collages I make with image compositor use images that are in completely in different directories and are unrelated, Browser wont help or be useful here by nature.
It is also kinda of baffling, because it literally would take a few seconds to add a UI menu that calls Compositor to [Tools]. Like, what is the issue here?
