Viewer - selection - ratio/size presets
Currently there are 2 separate Selection ratio/size presets in Viewer: in Edit menu and Crop panel.
Modifying presets in Crop panel does not affect Viewer's Edit menu, which is inconvenient.

Suggestion
- unify selection presets into single global list
make Selection ratio/size presets dependent on the same source as Crop presets
eg once user modify presets in Crop panel (and CropSize.xml is created):
- rename it (eg SelectionSize OR presetSelection) AND
- use it across the app
