Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%
Draw - properties panel
default panel's size is too wide that takes too much screen space and only Text tool can benefit from that size
Suggestion
default size shall be as narrow as 2 buttons, since its resizable (size memorized) - user can resize it if needed
