File format: support for XNB files

I recently had to deal with some XNB files. They're sprite sheets used by some game engines. It would be nice if they'd open in XnViewMP. I found this github project https://github.com/SimonDarksideJ/XNAGa ... ent-Format that documents the format. It's MIT licensed, which I think is compatible with close-sourced software.
