Make selection bug

When I make a selection, I can't enlarge or move the selection elsewhere. See on the video https://streamable.com/qiwtm

This problem is reflected in this setting on any image Image

I know where the error is, I have the selections set to the right mouse button, but I moved the border across the left mouse button and it is not possible.
