Update to this issue viewtopic.php?f=62&t=35667 (windows 10, 32bit)
Seems to be related to Windows directory pathing ..
In the folder tree view a directory can appear twice due to the way windows organises certain common directory (note this is as built into windows, no user added hardlinks / junctions added )
eg see first image (Before.png)
On rename only one of the instances of that folder in directory tree view is updated eg see second image (After.png) :
Additionally attempting to rename from directory tree view using one of the instances (the one that is not updated) fails sometimes, but not always
