[feat] - displaying image with different x/y DPI

XnView MP 1.3.1
Windows10 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Incorrect gif proportions in XnView MP and Classic.

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open atached .gif

Settings>General>Adjust zoom if x/y DPI...
