0.84b1: Draw tool: UI: Alignment of parameters

XnView 0.84 beta1.

Currently, the alignment of the parameters "Fill", "Linestyle", and "Thickness" are irritating:

Notes:
- Contour and Fill are separated (left / right). Opacity applies for both contour and fill this is why it's located underneath and a bit separated.
- Labels have been added. This makes it easier to understand the parameters.
