Hey Guys:
E is my cd/dvd drive. As t0 the sfw file I will have to figure out how to convert it to a zip file. Never done that. I do have 7-zip on my computer.

Hi again, Norman. You don't have to send a sample. The mystery is solved. XnConvert throws a “create error” because it can't write to your CD (read only). You have to enter a destination on your hard disk as the output folder.

Many Thanks for all the help. Through you guys I found out what I was doing wrong. I was directing the converts to the wrong drive. It should have been my C drive..

Many Thanks Guys. With your help I found the cause......I've been saving to my cd/dvd drive instead of my hard disk drive. Problem solved. Again.....Many Thanks.
