Problem converting multipage PDFs

Post by extracampine »

I'm having a problem converting PDFs into JPG. I initially got the "not an image" error, though after updating my Ghostscript it does convert. The problem is, it converts a multi-page .pdf to a tiny jpg, akin to a thumbnail, of the first image in the pdf only. Any help appreciated!

On the Output tab do you have Convert all pages from multipage file selected?

And on the Settings tab have you increased Load format settings,,, > PS/PDF tab -- Resolution from the very low default value of 72 DPI?

If yes to both settings, which version of XnConvert are you using?
