Avif and JXL missing from Linux?

Avif and JXL missing from Linux?

I've installed the flatpak of XnConvert on my Kubuntu 24.04 system, and the app seems to be missing both avif and jpeg xl options. Do I need to install some library for these codecs?

currently not available on linux
