Feature request: keep original file if size is smaller than a certain value

I know there is already a feature to preserve original file if converted is bigger (I'm talking about kilobytes, not resolution), but I suggest a feature to improve that. If converted file is just 1% smaller I want to keep the original.
Xnconvert already tell you the difference in size during conversion , so it should be possible to add a parameter to discard the converted file? An example, I think anything less than 15% in size is not worthy to be converted.
