How set automatic subscription to threads posted?

How set automatic subscription to threads posted?
How do I set automatic subscription to threads "posted in" to happen? I can't seem to find that anywhere in control panel.

Sure enough it is there... I got almost all the way to it, but when on the Board preferences page inexplicably did not click on Edit posting defaults. I just read down the global settings and said "nope, not here"
