Gif Me! works great but (as usual, please pardon me) I have a suggestion:

The Gallery image selection mode is almost unusable. Sometimes I have 1000s of images on my tablet (actually on the external SD card) and they all appear in the gallery panel, one after another regardless of their locations in the Android file system.

It takes at least a minute scrolling through them to find the pics I want to use to make my little movies. Very frustrating!

Please support folder navigation in Gif Me! If the Android folders hierarchy was exposed in the Gallery panel, then I could find the relevant images very quickly.

PS. If the Gallery limitation mentioned above is related to the abomination ( ) ) that is KitKat, please consider those of us who have rooted our devices to get around the KitKat file access limitations.

There is a substantial need for a modular file picker on Android. Something more like a Windows "open" dialog...

In the meantime, perhaps simply allow the user to select from a list of installed apps which offer that functionality.
