How to batch rename?

I am confused by the batch rename menu.

I have a folder of files. I want to select all of them.
Then beginning w the first image name it: JRsPhoto(space)0001
All photos get the same name and begin the numerical sequence numbering.
I don't care what they are originally named.
I want the same file name and a sequential number.
There are less than two thousand images.

What do I select in the batch configuration window?
