Upgrade from older version of XnVierMP - Database update err

Dear All:

I am running a x64 Win7 system on TradChinese, with update weekly follow MS.
I recently update XnViewMP from an older version. the install works fine.
But when i try to run XnViewMP, even with Admin pri set, the New XnViewMp replys "problem occurred when updating database, please contact the developer."
(Since I am running the system and the prog in Chinese, that's the closest translation I can give from the error Msg.)

I've included the screen grab alou it's in chinese. Hope those helps.
The problem for me is, this prob has prevented me from using XnViewMP properly.
If you need any more info / file, plz let me know.
