Viewer - effects - move effects into dialog

Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - Effects
some effects are spread across different menus, which is inconvenient


Suggestion

• Image menu
  • move from Map menu to Effects Map:
    - Vignetting
    - Old camera
  • remove separator OR move some other item below separator, so Sepia... is not only one item there

  

• Effects menu
  • move Film simulation into Misc group (same group as in Batch convert)
