XnView MP crashes opening video and don't show.

Hello, I'm using XnView version 1.7.1 64 bit and it works properly for pictures, but don't for videos.

I cann see video's thumbnails (as a static image) but when I double click that file, opens the video visor and I can play it and all is black, then crashes.

What is happening and what can I do to solve it?

Do you have LAV Filters installed?
