Hello Dev,
I have a large catalog of photo, in a lot of folder. Every time i go into the same folder after a while or after I import a new folder.
It's seem to recreate the thumbnail from beginning again.
I look up into this website it's said the thumb DB should be able to go up to 140 TB.
but somehow my thumb DB stuck around 8 GB. i can see from the word Catalog maintenance [Catalogsize 700-8GB]
is it possible to disable this limit and let's the thumb grow to some size like 300 GB or higher ?
I have SSD enough to dedicate the thumbnail to go quite large. and don't want them to re-read from my slower spinning HDD.

after reset db things seem to be better, will let you know when things gone bad again. Or maybe i just stop using import and that is where everything goes wrong. then what import and catalog exclude/include config. can you point to the right document.
however, i encounter this problems.
Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: xnviewmp.exe (22916) consumed 88924807168 bytes, explorer.exe (28992) consumed 15270486016 bytes, and Arc.exe (21372) consumed 2768236544 bytes.
My machine only have 32 ram + 40 page look like the app over consume it.
The behavior that i use is I go to several of folder each of which use the include subfolder button. and keep navigate around between folder.
