crash with *.avif named as heif

Hello Pierre,

I work with XnViewMP 0.98.2 on a Windows 10 system.

For some tests with Exiftool I have downloaded some *.avif images from internet.
By accident one of these files was renamed and got the file-extension .heif

When I try to open the directory that contains this file XnViewMP crashes and crash reporter opens.
Attached please find the created *.dmp file.
Hint: At time this crash happened first time - it was unknown why it crashed - also crash reported sent such a *.dmp file.

It would be very helpful to avoid this crash.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.98.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
