"choppy" mouse panning
Both XnView Classic and MP can pan around an image that's larger than the screen with the mouse. In Classic, that is very smooth and fluid. In MP, it's choppy. I didn't notice the difference until I got a high refresh-rate monitor, and now it's very obvious. Classic looks like it's redrawing at a higher framerate than MP, and MP is capped probably at 60hz.
