Shortcuts - keys
0. prerequisites:
- change windows input/keyboard language from English to any other
1. open Settings>Shortcuts
2. select any command
3. enter shortcut: right Alt+ANY_KEY
Ctrl+Alt+YOUR_KEY will be entered
