I cannot copy png file

Hi I am gorby writing from Yokohama Japan.
I am a XnView Software User.(License is shown in the attached png file)
My softare is installed on Windows10 Home.
I cannot copy png file from my folder to Word file using this software.
I know your software is remarkably convenient, so I hope you fix this bug promptly.

Yes, I tried Ctrl+Shift+C yesterday morning but I failed.
However, I sucessufully did Ctrl+Shift+C yesterday afternoon.
I suppose this function is unstable.
