1.9.3 - Search presests no longer remember the path saved with it

Post by MacAhi »

I tried re-saving a Preset, but it still didn't remember the paths I saved with them.

Also, the Conditions in the search dialog are all case-sensitive, so if I'm trying to avoid searching in folders 'Keep', I also have to list it as 'keep' in case capitalization wasn't consistent.

Thanks

I think saving/restoring the directory with the preset should be an option.

Forcing it is bad, but there may be situations people want to save the directory.

Thanks. That's really unfortunate that this was removed. It's going to make some of my searching take a lot more effort.. I decided to revert to 1.9.2 because of this.

"D. Allow search presets to be saved with the option "Use Current Directory". Loading such a preset with that option will not overwrite the directory already filled in in the Advanced Search dialog."

This would have been a better option.
