Great idea, I would very much support that!
As expressed earlier in this thread it would also be very handy if it was possible to combine categories so that you get an intersection: I.e. if you avtivate "buildings" and "family" you find pictures of Tim Mayer standing in front of the Eiffel Tower (or whatever
Best wishes

Hello Frank,
I am happy for your encouragment.
But I think we have to separate two things:
1. tagging-functionality (what we talked about mostly in this thread)
and
2. search-functionallity (of course has a strong relation to the tagging)
As you mentioned it would be very useful to combine more than one catagorie, and even more powerful would it be to combine the search-function also with the Exif-Information!
So it would be possible to search for pictures of "Tim Mayer" at the "Eiffel Tower", but only shots from June 2006 with the Flash-fired and with an Apperture greater than 5.6. (for example)
greetings,
Venturis

However, if I was using Bridge (I'm not) the 1-level hierarchy it offers would be a limitation.
And what about reverse compatibility with Adobe Bridge? Would be the Brigge users able to see the keyword hidden under the 2nd level?
I think that's what is for madn important.
... my photos are used by different people with different software at different places.
...to grant everybody free access to the information.
I'm not Bridge user so I'm askink...
