Full Screen View and Dual Monitors

I checked all "Options" - and found "Preview - Use fullscreen on second monitor for previewing".

Where is the difference to "Fullscreen on dual screen"? I think it is 99% the same except that "Fullscreen" comes on my special wish and "preview on fullscreen" comes automatically..??
