Is a plugin available to show this file?

I Got a 404 error page on this:
http://www.cadsofttools.com/Download/CS_SVG.zip

And the plugin from July seems to be really broken.

Yes, that link works, but contains it the same functions as this collected in one dll? (found on archive.org)

AllPlugins.zip :

AllPlugins/
AllPlugins/CS_DWG.dll
AllPlugins/CS_DWGLicense.txt
AllPlugins/CS_DXF.dll
AllPlugins/CS_DXFLicense.txt
AllPlugins/CS_HPGL.dll
AllPlugins/CS_HPGLLicense.txt
AllPlugins/CS_Manager.exe
AllPlugins/Readme.txt
AllPlugins/CS_CGMLicense.txt
AllPlugins/CS_SVGLicense.txt
AllPlugins/CS_CGM.dll
AllPlugins/CS_SVG.dll

It came out, that open and save in Adobe Illustrator helps to let the CADSoft plugin render the svg from openclipart.org correctly. I'll test the same with openclipart.org tools and Inkscape and sodipodi.

svgz doesn't seem to work.
