0.69 is the current version of XnViewMP, 1.65 is the current version of XnConvert, the section of the forum in which you've posted.

Thanks for the reply. The reported issue relates to hot folders function in XnConvert hence it is posted in the XnConvert forum.

It was then posted in this thread that the issue is resolved in 0.69 and user 'thetfactor' said it was now working?

If the bug is in XnConvert 1.65 and that is the latest version... how can it be resolved?

The watched folder function you asked about in this XnConvert thread can be found in XnViewMP at Tools > Batch convert... in either the Browser or Viewer.
