0.85: Stuttering mp4 video playback

Well, I can only do one thing to show the issue: I've set my camera recording my monitor while playing my former 06190001.mp4 file.

There are three new files in dropbox, where you can easily imagine which settings each one has:

As you can see, 0.86 is horrible, 0.83 is nearly OK, but LAV Filters one is definitely better.

here on 90b2, but issue still persist, swaping dll not possible, xnView MP won´t even start with old one.
using external video player leads to random crashs
